Phases II, expected to be developed during 2011, will expand into the adjoining former
Machine Shop, doubling the studio space with more open studios.

Phase III will follow with improvements to the exterior, creation of a new entry and lobby,
and addition of a "Commons" for meetings, classes, shows, and community events. The
Palladio Group will be working with the participating artists to encourage organized
events and programs to benefit the arts in Memphis in general, and to promote the
artists of the Art Factory in particular.
